2200 M Street - Ritz Carlton HotelThe Ritz Carlton Hotel is a five-star, 300-room hotel located in Washington, DC’s west end and is the anchor for the $225 million 2200 M Street, NW mixed-use development. The hotel features a ballroom and meeting rooms, full-service restaurants and commercial kitchen, swimming pool, sauna and guest amenities befitting a five-star luxury hotel. The entire development beyond the hotel includes 200 luxury condominiums, 80,000 sf high-end health club, 40,000 sf of retail stores and food outlets and a 750-space underground parking structure.

400 E Street SWEngineering Design Group/EDG2 is providing design services for a Hotel and DC Fire Station at 400 E Street SW Washington DC. 400 E Street SW is keyed to be 214 room select service hotel with 2 floors as a state of the art fire station occupied by DC FEMS Engine Company 13 and two levels of below grade parking. There is a potential for a small retail component on the first level.
The new fire station for Engine Company 13 completely finished, fit-out, and ready for occupancy and the space is designed to be functionally and completely independent from the rest of the building. The building will be designed and constructed to meet a minimum of LEED Silver standards, and may incorporate an active and functional green roof. |
Niagara Falls Mixed UseEngineering Design Group/EDG2 is providing professional services including mechanical, electrical, sprinkler and plumbing engineering for the construction of a mixed use project in the Niagara Falls area. The project consists of a 128 room prime hotel, 24 market rate apartments and 5000 sf of retail space. The hotel will feature the use of a VTAC system, while the retail space will use a split-system for HVAC.
